  2. Detailed engineering: Prepare SLD, GA, power and control drawings, bill of material, terminal plans and panel heat considerations.
  3. Assembly and inspection: Check enclosure, busbar, wiring, earthing, labels, devices, clearances and drawing conformity.

Which LT panels can you engineer?

Typical projects include PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD, soft-starter, PLC and remote-I/O panels. The final design depends on the approved load and project specification.

Do you provide panel drawings?

Yes. The agreed documentation can include SLD, GA, power and control schematics, terminal plans, cable schedules and bill of material.

Can an old control panel be replaced without changing the machine?

Often yes. We first survey the existing I/O, loads, interlocks, field wiring, space and shutdown constraints before planning the retrofit.

Are protection and busbar ratings project-specific?

Yes. Ratings must be selected from verified load, fault-level, installation, ambient and applicable project-standard inputs rather than a generic panel template.
